Delete your PrepLabs account
You can delete your PrepLabs account and all of its personal data at any time. PrepLabs is provided by Stonebridge Digital Studios LLC.
How to delete your account
In the app: open PrepLabs, go to Account → Delete account, and confirm.
On the web: Delete your account — sign in with your username and password and delete your account right there. You'll confirm once, and deletion is immediate. (Forgot your password? Reset it first, then sign in.)
What we delete
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your account credentials, your email address, your study progress and statistics, your preferences, your age range, and your list of signed-in devices.
What we keep, and for how long
Two minimal records remain, neither of which identifies you:
- An anonymous purchase record — a transaction ID, amount, date, and tax information for any purchase — kept because tax and recordkeeping laws require it. It contains no name, email, or anything that identifies you personally.
- A deletion marker — your internal account identifier (a random ID, not your name or email) with the deletion date — kept only to make sure your deleted data is not brought back if we ever restore a database backup, and removed once it is no longer needed for that.
